As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what was involved what was in store or what to expect. The people at Shaddock, especially [name removed], were very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. From sales to delivery, they made the home buying experience extremely pleasant. They were always available to answer any questions we had. I am totally satisfied with my new home.

Some of the tickets not fixed in warranty. Gas knob cover [name removed] under the kitchen cabinet. It’s not fixed and closed the ticket. Living room speaker point installed very next to the cable port and there is no provision to install the speaker. I have raised a request and it’s not fixed. in addition, have couple of issues not fixed. I’m not happy with the service and builder [name removed]’s work. He always used to say 40 years experience in the field. But I would say all his experience is just a number.

[name removed] explained the process thoroughly and answered all questions. The warranty team also did a curtesy 6 month follow up. Great service.

All has given us false information and what ever we have paid money those items has not been given and I would like to say useless construction manager and sales manager as they don’t have any details on the process
