My backyard is flooded, no one told me on that and now no one is helping me to fix. This was before closing so shaddock should take responsibility and fix the same. I am struggling and mailing people but no one is responding.

Some of the tickets not fixed in warranty. Gas knob cover [name removed] under the kitchen cabinet. It’s not fixed and closed the ticket. Living room speaker point installed very next to the cable port and there is no provision to install the speaker. I have raised a request and it’s not fixed. in addition, have couple of issues not fixed. I’m not happy with the service and builder [name removed]’s work. He always used to say 40 years experience in the field. But I would say all his experience is just a number.

Design center process was very painful, slow, confusing and staff wasn't very helpful. There are some areas of build are not upto the mark like lawn, paint, cabinets, irrigation etc.

I didn’t like the landscaping, there are cracks already on ceiling and stain of stairs has faded.

I don't have good experience with the builder [name removed] throughout the build. He always wants to finish his work but he don't care about customer satisfaction. I'm not satisfied with his work and final finish of my home.

Everything went smooth. Certain things could have been better from a design of the home standpoint especially if they could have given openable windows in study and game room.. the sales representative was very nice..
