My only disappointment is the landscaping service. Horrible and I am ready to take it over myself. Very disappointing.

Your selected mortgage company [name removed] mortgage is absolutely horrible. [name removed] is absolutely trash at his job. Made closing day miserable and I was not even happy to get my house keys because of him. I couldn’t wait to leave [name removed] that day as soon as possible. Because of [name removed], I was at my closing for 5-6 hours. It was hell. He had to make changes to our contract probably about 6-7 times including on closing day because of his lack of knowledge with his profession. I’ve had multiple neighbors tell me as well that they had terrible experiences just because of him. The good news was that [name removed] and [name removed] we’re absolutely perfect and helpful throughout all of this.

The sales and design people were very helpful. Our relationship with our building supervisors was uneven, but all of our questions were addressed in the end.

Houses are done too fast and there’s no attention to detail. This makes me uncomfortable to “items” I don’t readily see.

The B options was very stressful. I think there should be a 24 hour think period before you are locked in.

We have had no negative issues. We are happy with the layout and amenities of our community. We are also happy with the quality of our home and its hurricane proofness.

Our super [name removed] was great with updates weekly. Very appreciative for that. [name removed] our sales agent was awesome. [name removed] from MasterCare is good and trying to get things fixed Your contractors on the other hand are not the greatest. Our front door is damaged and offset. Our floors are horrible with some type of substance on them. Paint on the floor by the rounds. Just a lot of shoddy workmanship. [name removed] in the design center, I cannot say much. Our design meeting for the B’s was her not really listening to me to the point of me having to stop her at one point and find things myself. I knew what I wanted and did my designing in a couple of hours. Then we had the issue of the microwave and her inability to communicate ticked me off. Corporate took care of it though. The kick plates in the kitchen are short and we can see it while sitting at our table. The greenery is a joke. We were approved by the HOA for our birdcage emailed [name removed] and took a couple of days for him to get back to us. We accepted his ridiculous $1200 agreement. Was suppose to be here Monday to do pre work. Didn’t show up until Friday. At that point concrete had been poured and the birdcage was being built. Now that the cage is up he needs to come back and replant plants that we had to take out because he didn’t. So we will see how that goes. Plus there is a leak that pours into the street which is along the landscaping in between homes and no one can figure that out. So all in all we are happy to be here but want things fixed as we consider this our forever home.

Craftsmanship is not good and difficult to get things fixed correctly Things have to be fixed multiple times. The vendors don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Hard to communicate because of language barriers.

Everyone was very kind & eager to be helpful through the entire process. From our salesman [name removed] who then handed off to [name removed] [name removed] and finally finishing extra strong with [name removed]. I feel like all 3 were outstanding and without them our road to the finish would have been impossible.

I loved it all...I loved picking out my Bs, and seeing it all come together. Or builder, [name removed]'s, was the absolute best. He put my husband at ease with his attention to details. I disliked that [name removed] didn't automatically put a pocket door on the primary bath. It's my one regret not having chose that option!
