Customer Service has turned out to be extremely bad. takes weeks for problems to be resolved / corrected. We had warranty inspection in November which was presented to your representative at that time & to date none of the issues have been resolved. We lost a tenant because of deficiencies which were not addressed. I need the repairs to be addressed ASAP.

[name removed] is very friendly and described in detail any questions we had about the contract, upgrades, neighborhood, And amenities. Working with [name removed] has been a delightful experience. He kept me updated from the very beginning to the very end when we moved in and then beyond. Went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with the progress of our new home. We love the community we love the layout of the home and our representative. [name removed] sniffing has been wonderful making us happy with things that were incorrectly built. However, I have a suggestion that would make people much happier and save [name removed]. Lots of time in trouble. Make sure for example the general contractor does a thorough walk-through before each step of building the home before allowing the next set of contractors to come in to work on something that hasn’t been done correctly. For big example, our house has the worst Stucco job ever! The painters were then allowed to come over and paint over it. Lots of big blotches, etc. and Very little caulking done properly. Everything was on a timeline and lots of contractors were unskilled labor.

I disliked tha fact that we needed to get warranty involved. While they have done a great job helping to address things, the missing insulation, poorly designed HVAC, horrific paint job, and the rest of the small details that make a new home so desirable were badly missed.

The quality of the tile flooring throughout the house and lack of concern for it during the construction process. The tile floors are barely covered and as a result were scratched in many rooms. Also very unhappy with the size of the two car garage and lack of storage space in it. Also not impressed with the landscaping and lack of care it is getting. Lastly, then it’s are small and neighboring homes are very close together.

I liked having a direct point of contact that could answer or obtain answers for any of my questions. Both [name removed] and [name removed] have been very responsive throughout the process. Closing was simple and utility/information packet made moving from out of state much simpler. Although we ended up w/our first lot pick, we disliked the rushed lottery process and lack of choice on cottage model. There were limited choices on interior finish styles, such as trim work, lighting and paint finish. Would have also liked a say in the landscaping choices.

This is our second building process with [name removed]. The first home, which was a villa, was lovely. Super easy, we were provided with excellent updates, and we moved in without many issues nor need for the Mintocare. The second process had started similarly, with everything going smoothly. However, towards the end of it, it was a disaster. Our project was rushed and moved up 3 months, so we had to move into an unfinished house despite our pleas with the CEO of [name removed] to please extend our closing date so that our laundry list of fixes (missing handles on cabinetry, dents in the floor, missing drawers, drawers already broken and not working, broken upgraded closet shelves, etc.) and finishes (the main bathroom wasn't even finished- the bathroom needed to be tiled still). We decided to close, yet told [name removed] that we will still not move in for a month to allow you to finish the house. Well, they were still unable to finish. 4 months after we moved in, the house was finally finished, only for more issues to arise (our air conditioning broke 4 times within the span of 6 months - turns out, the A/C was installed incorrectly and used extremely cheap material that when installed incorrectly, completely failed, causing our house to reach 90F). This was a nightmare of an experience, and yes, we've been sure to let everyone know what they're in for if they plan to build with [name removed].

Our customer care associate has been very responsive and helpful. We disliked the process as it relates to low voltage wiring of windows. [name removed] should be upfront about the very high cost of the Lutron shades that go with them. Big waste of money for us.

From using our Jacuzzi as a garbage can to forgetting to put in things as simple as air vents in the kitchen and the list goes on and on and on. After six months of closing, we are still waiting for things to be done. This is absolutely unacceptable. We thought buying a new house. Everything would be perfect, we understand there are glitches here and there. This was a complete nightmare. And no, I would never recommend anybody to buy here because I would not want to lose my friendships.

Unfortunately, the tongue and groove ceiling in the family roomed buckled and had to be pulled down, and there appears to be a leak in powder bathroom, but [name removed] and [name removed] have seen to it that repairs were expedited and performed timely and professionally. Can't say enough good things about the both of them.
