Since 1984, Eliant has been independently evaluating the performance of homebuilders across the U.S., Canada, and the Middle East:

As a first-time home buyer [name removed] answered all of my questions and even told me things I would have never thought of that gave me confidence and peace of mind. After we settled in he went above and beyond during the first 30 days and clearly looked out for us and made sure we were taken care of. Exceptional experience.

The experience through Trophy was as good as we could've expected; however, the experience with ServiceFirst [name removed] company who is utilized by Trophy Homes has been nothing short of a headache. Through the selling of our previous home and purchasing of our Trophy Home, [name removed] has constantly made mistakes, one individual was extremely rude to our realtor, and one individual even told us they do not even use their own company! Would highly recommend others to buy with Trophy BUT do not finance through Trophy if it is with ServiceFirst.
