Love the professionalism from [name removed] his appearance and knowledge was spot on for such vibrant thriving new build community. He delivered the Midas touch- white glove service. Every community could benefit from his dedication to providing the needs of new home buyers. [name removed] went above and beyond to ensure that he went over every inch of the home with a fine tooth comb to where you felt confident and comfortable with the home that you were purchasing. I felt like I was in the semiprofessional league the day I closed as well as several days after. Great experience overall 100% satisfaction.

I like my sale person [name removed] he was very helpful and [name removed] my builder was great ..checked in with me even after I moved in to make sure all was right and going smooth and lot of advice (will send him my 100inch tv after I mount it ) ??

Im a first time home buyer, so I don't know if homes are supposed to come with flat paint instead of the good premium paint and . . . . anyways no complaints Im thankful. I liked your homes since I first saw them. I just had to wait for the right time to buy and now I got one. If I could change anything I would have videoed everything during the walk throughs because I don't remember anything about the sprinklers, water shut off, Ac filters etc.

Everything was good only that I was missing the attic stick & I thought the HOA was going to be monthly not a one time payment at the beginning of the year
