Our initial sales agent [name removed] was not very knowledgeable and did not ask questions that she didn’t know the answers to. It was very challenging at first. There were a lot of things we did not know that we had a choice in. For example, what side our staircase is on etc. she made the selections and we later found out that we had the option. However, later in the process our builder [name removed] was amazing and he made up for the initial contractual process. We loved working with [name removed]. The only downside was we did not get black stain on our stairs like we selected at design. Instead we got a dark brown oak color. We had to pay someone to correct it after closing.

I’ve liked that warranty cs has been responsive in addressing my concerns and have had serviced some of my concerns already and have a plan for other concerns that will be addressed closer to the later part of the 1 year timeframe.

[name removed] has been very responsive, communicative, and a great action taker. [name removed] always kept me in the loop during the construction time. I had a different builder to begin with and [name removed] took over after the other guy quit. Ever since [name removed] took over, he had been very responsive & communicative. After I moved in, I have to say the Grand Homes team performed above expectations on the after sales experience for me. If I don't know what to do, I texted [name removed] and he would get right back to me. He would either personally showed up on my doorstep or told me he had contacted someone who would come help me. He would also checked in after few days to ensure I have been taken care of. Nothing beats that experience!

All warranty work has been completed to datte and promptly. Very satisfied. I had a cut wire in the kitchen at move in which was a GFI plug so all of the island plugs would not work. Surprised this was not caught during the build or quality control testing at completion.

First contact with Grand Home was [name removed]. She was well easy to talk to. She listened and understood what we were looking for in a new home. After she left we had the pleasure of working with [name removed] and she too was delightful. Working with [name removed] was not a good experience. I’m am thankful we were given [name removed]. He is an absolute joy! He was willing to answer questions, met at the house about questions and fixed problems that were issues created from Mr.Cook. Your company is very very fortunate to have Mr. [name removed] working for you. He is a talented, educated and personable individual. He has impeccable customer service skills and knowledge of your product. I would have him build me a home again.

Additionally, I would like to mention our building [name removed] went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our final product and he was just overall an experienced builder to work with. He also promptly addressed any issues we came across. A huge thanks to the entire team!
