What I like about our new CB JENI Home is that the quality is very high and the sales agent [name removed] and the construction manager have been very helpful and are always willing to answer our questions. We love to be in Harvest community because we do a lot of walking & spending time at the gym.

[name removed], the community sales member, was fantastic from when I first walked into the model home to closing. She was very informative when she showed us the townhomes and the community center and it was a pleasure to buy a home from her. Even after closing, she's helped me with reminders and product registration information. She made my first home buying experience great. For my orientation, [name removed] told me everything about my beautiful home and had everything fixed or painted that I needed done for closing. I love the layout and space in my new home!

[name removed] is not only open to finding solutions to the problem, but more so very consistent in his approach and consistent search for satisfaction. He is certainly the most reliable person I have worked with and one that I truly am grateful knowing that if there is an issue I can count on him. I am okay with Everything, But Construction Manager is not up to the mark anything we ask he will say that what it has to be and many things i have asked about construction not give proper answers, I am dissatisfied here some what.- Asked about water drain as it is given in other houses what it has not given to my house no proper answer from [name removed].

Great interactions with [name removed] as well as the construction contractor [name removed]. Both were professional, personal and knowledgeable and made the process efficient and enjoyable. [name removed] was particularly good communicating to us on a regular basis and [name removed] addressed the few issues that we had in a timely and complete manner.

I liked the townhouse I bought and the area. Plus the incentives were what got me to buy. I disliked the 30 day move in to get the incentives. Everything was rushed and stuff that was wrong with the house on walk through weren’t done till well after I moved in.
