What I like about our new CB JENI Home is that the quality is very high and the sales agent [name removed] and the construction manager have been very helpful and are always willing to answer our questions. While the sales staff was cordial & great salespeople, but craftsmanship of unit is subpar. We've cracks in ceiling plaster which started within 30 days after moving in, but I mention to [name removed] at 30-60 days inspection. However, he advised it was due to unit settling which is partly true. Since I'm a previous homeowner, previous warrant people mention that I should water my foundation at least once or every other week. Therefore, we are seeking in-depth independent inspection.

Flooring is mid to low quality and laminate not lvp as indicated in literature. Carpet, while looked good at move in is low quality carpet which will not last. Wall paint is not durable and mild wiping will remove the walls and is a paint that is not generally available to the public. Trim paint is tacky and while more durable has pull off where cabinet doors hit cabinet faces. The stain on the banister was poorly done with visible runs in the staining. Paint is coming off front door.

[name removed] has been helpful and responsive, which I appreciate. The majority of workers who came to do the repairs of things in the first few months after our arrival were help and polite. Some were more skilled than others. The overall fit and finish of the home was, in my opinion subpar, and some things, such as the kitchen backsplash, would have created a tremendous problem and inconvenience to address properly, so we decided to just "live with it". So, I am satisfied and appreciate that [name removed] offered to do the work, but dissatisfied that the work was not done adequately to begin with. To be honest, I think CB [name removed] owes my wife some kind of special attention or at least an apology for the fact that the house was filthy when we moved in and she had to scrub the whole place thoroughly before we could begin to set up our household. I am sorry to say that this included my washing off the penis drawn on the shower glass (the artist apparently used a finger to just smear the drawing onto the glass). I also think [name removed] should have offered to replace my vacuum cleaner when the tiny screw heads that were left in a little pile by a workman in the nap of the carpet destroyed it.

We have been in our townhome less than 6 months master bedroom ceiling is showing cracks, master bathroom ceiling is showing nails, upstairs guest bathroom grout is coming loose, and the flooring in great room reflect an 1/4” gap between floor & molding. However, per [name removed] words these things are normal, but I totally disagree. I just moved from a custom home & never have experience any of these concerns. However, I use to work for Mohawk aka Dal-Tile/Marazzi in Sales/Customer Care and had never ever heard of 1/4” gap between flooring & molding unless the floor was uneven.

The quality of the home is equal to multimillion dollar homes. The personnel is of equal quality. Anything I need is at my fingertips. The are responsive and personable. They have been very honest and informative during the entire buying process. Love my new townhome in my new community of Harvest in Argyle Tx.

Very responsive and prompt replies to our issues with the lighting issue we had. Only thing that is tough for this house is the name is on the front and we are in the middle. Would have been good to have a plaque in front of the townhomes with addresses or something so deliveries can find us. Good deal.

I have small but visible scratches on the glass of my patio doors and was told if I submit a claim it will most likely be rejected because I didn’t submit it when I had my walk through. I’m sorry but you don’t notice Everything at your walk through.

Everyone I worked with has been so helpful, friendly and professional. All of the walk throughs prior to moving in were extremely helpful and the home itself has been great. The only downsides are there were a couple of things the builder said they would take care of for me that they haven’t fixed yet so it’s been a little frustrating trying to get that settled.

The floor board in certain have a sizable gaps in certain areas, the LTV floor is not flush to the floor in the kitchen area & floor area in upstairs master bathroom has spots on paints.
