Really no issues with warranty service other than lack of communication between vendor and horizon but it is not view homes fault one bit. They are quick to address issues

I did not like the quality of the flooring as there are big gaps in a lot of the flooring as well as paint all over the floor that isn’t coming off as it is too thin of a layer to just scratch off properly

I am unhappy with my ventilation for the stove and quality of wood used in my deck build. I have issue with how the outside paint around hose windows look. My loan office mazzy let me flounder thru this process. I was a first time buyer and no direction or guidance was given. My loan officer made me feel as if I was a hindrance and that every obstacle I face was created by my ignorance
