I haven't really had many claims, and when I have requested something is has been taken care of fast!

Love [name removed] and [name removed] and [name removed] and [name removed]!! Loved the home story emails with pictures every step of the building process so I am not guessing how things are going. Did NOT like that there is no design center and I could no mix and match the pre designed packages or choose more or different upgrades. [name removed] and [name removed] were as accommodating as they could be based on the companies restraints. Dislike that the “standard” or even what upgrades offered I did pay for are not consistent between each house or group of houses built. It’s extremely misleading in what to expect and what I could plan for. This builder so far that I could tell has the best quality in there builds as a new build which is a huge compliment in my book based on the amount of new builds purchased in my family. There are energy efficient and smart choices by the builder in some areas but not in others so I ask why they didn’t go all the way so to speak.

From the moment I reached out and had our first appointment we were treated so well by [name removed] and [name removed]. The date we went under contract [name removed] had cookies for us and my youngest child. [name removed] was very thorough with the contract and took his time explaining everything. They were always available to Show us our house during the construction phase and never made us feel like an inconvenience. We loved getting weekly updates with pictures of the progress of our home. I am so grateful we chose Horizon view homes as our home builder. We hope to Stay in our home and make memories for years ahead. I highly recommend this community and builder to anyone looking for a brand new home.
