The service is really great when we have problems or need a fix. The only thing I dislike is the quality of material used for example: the bulbs for the most part flicker and some have given out, so we replaced them. Also batteries on smoke detectors gave out really quick and we had them going off in the middle of the night an that has also been replaced by us.

When we were buying our house “[name removed]” the lady selling our house told us that we were going to have a brick wall fence on the back of the house and that by December it will be done. My neighbors were also promised that you all were going to build a brick wall fence on the back, just like the other houses. When we called they told us that it is not going to be built. We bought our home also because we were told that we were going to have a brick wall fence on the back. We feel it is dangerous for our kids due to the fact that there is always activities going on such as undocumented migrants in back of our houses and on the side of the house and also we need a speed bump because there are cars going so fast and we have children riding their bicycles and scooters in the neighborhood. I do not recommend armadillo to anyone because of the false advertisement and didn’t go through what they promised.

We love the home floor plan! We like the floor but we noticed some areas are not fully leveled and some vinyl tiles are not glued correctly especially in the corners. There were some paint defects but that was corrected. There is very minor details they missed but over all we can live with them.

That I put a order to come in and check the air vent cause water was coming out from there and I am still waiting and the fence from outside it's not finish it's trash and the paint that you told me you where going to give me I am still waiting and there's more things but I don't want to even go on.
