Pacific Marigold Encore will feature 43 single-story homes ranging from 1,867 to 2,462 square feet. Model tours are held at Pacific Marigold off Avenue H.

closing date pushed out with little to no insight as to why the delays. Found issues to be addressed in the home prior to closing and have since move in, I have submitted work orders to correct issues to which I have not been given a time frame as to when they will be addressed.

HVAC hooked up incorrectly, patio door not aligned, fireplace was broken, floor’s aren’t even, toilet to close to the wall the top of the tank cant even sit flush on the tank because of the misalignment. Cracks in the shower. Oven light wasn’t functional. Received the wrong mailbox key upon move- in, couldn’t retrieve mail. Realtor lockbox on home gas meter 6 months before removal.

I didn't like that it took a year to build. The quality of some of the materials are cheap. And we were promised a $100 Home Depot card that was never given to us.

I love Pacific Communities homes and customer services, but I will say that some of the materials that were used to build my home are not the best quality. The paint and cabinets are my biggest concern. Overall I am very happy with my home.

Upon moving in there were a few minor things that needed to be taken care of and the customer care team handled things swiftly and efficiently. The customer care representative was very kind and understanding during our interaction.

The A/C system is said to be up to par with code but not to the size of the home, the unit runs and has trouble keeping up. I’ve been waiting for my food to come and get fixed and have yet to hear back from [name removed] on a date of when they will arrive. Some of the repairs in the cabinets that where done where crappie and for the amount of time we waited I expected to have them just replace the damaged face’s on the drawers and not just patch them and give them a horrible finish.

I feel like the warranty service is fair but the response time to fix or repair something takes too long. Also, getting in touch with the appropriate person to call was a difficult process. After reporting what needed to be fixed and them saying they would send someone, it took me calling to follow up after almost a week or so to find out when someone was going to come. This was in the middle of a summer heat wave and there was no way we couldn't use or air conditioner. But our issue was that there was a water leak somewhere so when we turned on the air conditioner water would leak from the ceiling. Of course, someone eventually came but I feel like this could have been an easier process and resolved in a more timely manner.

I loved every moment. From start to finish it was an amazing process!! We were always updated on every step , and [name removed] and [name removed] were amazing! Very helpful, professional, and always kept us updated on our home. We love our home and how beautiful it came out.
