At first it was not up to an acceptable standard and it would take far too long to have someone reach out and rectify the issues. But it has greatly improved and the most recent customer service rep ([name removed]) has gone above and beyond to assure that our areas of concern were rectified and completed with excellence.

Overall, My family enjoys our new home. However, I gave the survey an 8 out of 10 because the home was built during the pandemic which caused major delays in all facets of the building process. The site supervisor failed to follow-up on sub contractors which led to problems within my home. I'm still dealing with home repairs that should have been completed prior to move-in.

It too FOREVER to receive my home. It still took over a month to have the cracked tiled in our shower fixed, we still can't use it because they haven't installed the handle. I am still waiting for for my upstairs microwave trim piece to be delivered and installed. We constantly get poked from nails at the end of all the carpeting. There are several areas throughout the house where the carpet is not installed properly and you can literally pull it up. No one seems to care how we feel or think about our house, we would truly expect far better results and service for such an expensive home.

We went with a few upgrades at the very beginning of our new build process so we wouldn’t have to hassle with finding the right sizes that fit the space or worrying about the quality but we weren’t met with quality or the right product. Our dishwasher is not the greatest and our wine fridge is waaaayyyy smaller than the hole that we left “built in” for it. We were met with the builders making a cabinet “edge”.

A lot of things were not finished when I moved into my home. I’ve been here almost a year and there are still things that are not yet complete in my home. We even had a fire hazard due to wrong installation of the dryer. There are a lot of areas that were not painted correctly and a lot of areas where there are cracks in the drywall. Our floors are also uneven both upstairs and downstairs. We also had a lot of issues with our doors and the doorhandles.
