It’s probably early to be critical and my problem may get corrected, but I have a huge issue with standing water in my backyard. The yard was not filled and graded properly. We got the first rain since we moved in on Friday and 20% of my yard is still underwater.

Our paint job was brought up before closing and was not fixed. Very poor job that you can see in several spots where it’s really thin and flat. Master toilet. Master bathroom. Living room. Our master shower door won’t close most days. Our master toilet seat was broken when we moved in. Our master bath tub cold water regulator is broken. The window frame of the master bath was scratched up. Tops of Kitchen cabinet are angled differently on each side of the vent hood. Our back yard has a bad low spot that we have asked to be addressed with fill dirt as they are doing construction. Front doorway didn’t have a door stop and we have the indent in the dry wall from before the door stop was applied. Garage door opening and closing sounds like it’s waking the dead. Back porch with the hardyboard there are lots of gaps between boards that aren’t closed or sealed. Dishwasher gasket came off within 6 weeks.

I like the option to submit repair requests online. However trying to get resolution has been challenging. No reply back to emails either or status of what’s going on for delays.

30% of the light bulbs have burned out so far (6 months of ownership). The garage door has been fixed two times and replaced once. Many of the items used in the construction of the house are of low quality (outlet receptacles, carpet, paint, flooring, appliances). They have placed four air conditioning units just outside the master bedroom windows, which makes it very noisy at night. The air conditioning inside the house is also very loud, particularly upstairs.
