Primary bathroom had no where to hang a wet cloth after taking a shower. Primary bedroom ac not good.The second full bathroom upstairs is too small, and only enough to be used by kids. Kitchen cabinets & bathroom drawers has NO handles making it not so good for a new home. May be a new home next time will be without widows or doors for the new owner to fix ! The seemingly new home had no blinds, no curtain rods and no curtain! How is the new owner expected to fix all that? The door knobs are poor quality. Toilet seat covers poor quality! My back flow pipes for lawn irrigation were not fixed properly and one day water leaked costing me a hefty water charge from the local gov utility. etc...etc.

We love the house. The rooms inside are all very big. We seem to have run out of storage space. But since the house was already built, I was unable to have the extended or expanded garage, which would’ve helped, but I’m extremely happy with our purchase of the house

I like the location of the community. I hate the build quality of the home. Every aspect of the home has needed warranty work. Also the long wait times of warranty. And the scare sales tactics/ price gouging uses by the sales team. I also don’t like the terribly uneven a rough lawn landscape.

Like overall construction and layout of home. Dislike installation of AC/heating. The system is unbalanced and puts more air into master bedroom, and far less into the other 2 bedrooms.

Excellent people representing your brand! Some workmanship inside the house could use a little more detailing such as carpet nails not well hidden, some parts of the floor not completely glued. Fence looks cheap and fades quickly. Looks like paint was only one coat and probably not the highest grade. Windows don’t seem to be of high grade. Other than that the rest is great. And again the construction manager [name removed] and the sales rep [name removed] are extremely personable and act quickly on any needs. The details mentioned have been addressed and corrected. We love our new home.

Looks like they rushed through the build. The backyard always has standing water when it rains and the water takes multiple days to drain. They didn’t do anything about it when the warranty request was put in. They don’t comprehend what you’re saying.

Disliked Everything! This was my wife and I’d first home. We wanted it to be special. We left the experience NEVER WANTING TO BUILD A HOUSE AGAIN. The finishing on this house was pathetic. Painting over Unsanded wood, blots of paint dripping. Paint cracking up and down corners. Inviting my wife and brother to finally come see our new house and I’m embarrassed to call this my home. When you spend 264,000 dollars on a home you expect a certain quality. We should of went with perry home because legends shouldn’t even be allowed to build homes. It makes me sad for those houses coming up next to mine bc I know they will be rushed and done completely wrong. Right now I have blue tape ALLLLLLL OVER MY HOUSE. I shouldn’t have to get on my hands and knees and put tape down on most of my home. Quality control should have been there!! In fact I was on my hands and knees so much that I just didn’t have to energy to go upstairs or finish certain spots down stair. I’m 100% disabled Vet and if I don’t get resolution on my home I will blast social media, google, ticktock, snap chat, instagram with a lengthy review with pictures! And to recommend not to make the same mistake we made by going with Legend Home. If there’s one thing Texas doesn’t abide by is treating their disabled WAR vets like legend home has treated me [name removed] 3372581699

Terrible workmanship, awful paint job, the worst concrete work I have ever seen, my driveway has chips and cracks everywhere, this was caused by the contractors who drove on it. Rust stains all over the drive way, not to mention the awful expansion joints, the wooden boards were not even flush with the concrete. No drainage system, water pools on the sides of the house all the time and if there is ever a major storm it can cause a lot of problems. Not to mention it attracts bugs and flies. No island in the kitchen, no towel bars next to the sinks, no drawers in the master bathroom's cabinet. The quality of the fence is horrible, your contractor did not even use brackets and didn't even hammer the nails in correctly. Bad caulking around the toilets. There were asphalt tiles missing on the roof and insulation in the walls. Paint stains on the carpet and in the bath tub, your painter didn't even mask anything. Several of the doors were painted with two different sheens of paint. Two of the doors would not even stay open, I fixed those myself. Couple of bug screens were missing and when they finally installed them, the bent one so it was not keeping any mosquitos out. The dishwasher was not installed correctly, even after your appliance guy tried to fix it, which was just pushing it back in, rather than adjusting the feet in order to put some pressure on the unit and cause some friction so that it doesn't slide out. So I had to fix it myself. The paint on siding (lower part of the house) on both sides of the house had turned green because your landscaper was using weed wackers to mow the lawn, not to mention the paint had peeled off on a few boards. The list goes on and on, this is by far THE WORST house I have ever own. I hope there will never be any major issues. I do have thank the foreman [name removed], because he always patiently listened to my complaints and never disagreed with me, because he knew I was right. And the items that he could fix, he did take care of for me. But there are many things than cannot be fixed without some major work. I am fixing what I can myself on daily basis. I cannot tell you enough about how disappointed I am, hopefully Legend will make it up to me where there are any warranty inquiries.

I was told that the grass would be delivered in pristine condition and it was delivered with many dry patches. Also, there was a water leak with the sprinklers and the solution has been slow coming.

It has been a year and we still have issues with our yard. It took all year for my house to be fully fixed from things that should’ve been fixed prior to move in. Every time we submit a warranty- it takes almost a full month or two for a response or to have anything fixed. If it weren’t for me following up, I’d hear nothing. People want to pass us off and not follow through. We will not recommend legend homes to anyone.

I did not like the slow rate at which building errors were fixed after inspection. For example, the drainage and/ or landscaping on the left side of my house was not good and this caused unhealthy and / or unkempt stagnant water to accumulate. This was highlighted in the inspection report and brought to the attention of construction manager who after the final walkthrough lied to us that the problem had been fixed. This problem was later fixed two weeks after we moved in and after it was discovered by HOA inspectors.

Just felt rushed and not the walk throughs as promised. The first few warranty items took way to long to fix. It’s now working well but a neighbor that lives here is currently out of her home for 4 weeks because you guys aren’t doing anything to help them. She is leaving her home daily because of the mold caused by your construction.
