Two days after we signed on the house our AC froze up because you did not change the air filter and it was full of crap that caused it to freeze. Now, only 6 month later the AC is acting up again and not cooling the house properly (I have contacted the AC company for this). The glass on our master shower was not watertight at first. We had the plumbers and [name removed] come to try to fix it but both times water continued to leak from the seams of the shower and into the floor. Eventually I bought the equipment and did it myself. The back yard water hose bib had a hot water line connected to it. This has been addressed. There were holes in the ceiling for a couple days until the sheetrocker and painter could come out. My wife even said, "If I was looking to buy a house with holes in the ceiling we would have bought a new house." Then the painter used the wrong paint and we had spots of ceiling with paint that was slightly too dark for about a month until they could come and fix it when I was also available. Our kitchen sink has needed to be looked at twice for leaking out of the drain. This may not be your fault, but water flows out of the internet hookup in my yard when neighbors up the street water their grass. Metronet has been contacted and has a construction ticket to look at this. [name removed] has been great! He is responsive and helpful. He even came to help me with an issue on Good Friday when he was supposed to be off. It has been very frustrating that we bought a new home and have had so many issues that have made scheduling work and life a hassle around fixing the problems you should not have built into our new home.

Repair services from the contractors wanted you to complete a warranty request before work would be done. There are times when a quick response is needed and waiting on a response from the contractor to see if they have received the warranty request is not feasible.

No services are provided for the yearly 500 HOA fees. These fees have risen, while the services continue to be non existent. In our neighborhood, we have not been provided amenities as some other legend homes neighborhoods have. When we try to contact legend home regarding questions and concerns, communication is slow at times. I would not recommend legend homes to anyone.

I liked that our sales associate was knowledgeable about the process. I like that we were able to get the contract initiated and executed quickly. Any questions we had were always answered promptly. I have no complaints.

No amenities in the community with high HOA cost. Since the houses are all occupied, I believe officers should be coming from the residents living in the community. Also, community is unsafe. Two incidents of stolen car was found on the community parking. Allot of cars are park in the pavement all day long

When we meet Erica at Legend Homes it was a little nerve racking because this was our first purchase. She made it so pleasant and wonderful. She was so hands on with us and caring.
