I noted my fence leaning at the closing Walk thru and filled out multiple warranty tickets and they weren't addressed after I opened another ticket I was told the warranty for the fence warranty was only two weeks. Bad service there

The realtors at Aspen [name removed] Homes were amazing all the way through my home process purchase. Aspen [name removed] Homes staff met all my needs for my new built home! Great staff, great people, and excellent customer service!

Lots of defects with finishes such as wood trim and caulking. My deck railing is splitting and the stairs are bowing. My shower pan is separating from the tile and caulking. 15amp circuits are terrible and should only be used for lighting circuits. The worst part about purchasing our home is finding out that we need a 3-4 ton AC compressor to regulate the main and basement zones. The 1.5 ton compressor is not rated for that much square footage. I feel like lots of corners were cut and everything was done on the cheap side of things.

We had issues an electrical panel when we first moved in. Now we’re having issues with the flooring. We already put in a warranty work order and it seems like only a temporary fix was done which leads me to believe the work quality is sub par. We’ve been in our home for six months now and we’re already replacing lights too. Overall the house is nice but the quality of work on the house is questionable.

It worked as intended. It was fast and [name removed] was in constant contact. I don't speak Spanish so it was very hard communicating with the worker completing the service.

Everyone I've worked with has been amazing throughout the process, especially fond of [name removed] (she's the sweetest) and [name removed]. [name removed], I've probably dealt with the most as we've addressed a few minor/nonwarranty issues, and just running into him in the neighborhood, he's been quick to respond, professional, and helpful. I've not had issues with anyone I've dealt with in the entire process.

The side yard seemed larger in the video calls. Because we had to have our agent work and see things first person for us. We would like to at least fill the side yard with dirt and grass at least, as we have dogs and would like that space to be filled please. When the wind is strong there is something that is knocking on the roof. But other than that the house is beautiful and Aspen took care of all almost all of the problems.
