I appreciate the attempt to provide high quality customer service through the sale and warranty process. I less appreciate the craftsmanship of some items that are not covered under warranty (cracked tiles due to settling) and HVAC that already broke 4 times in 10 months.

Few cosmetic things, which we are still working with [name removed]. He has been very helpful from the day we met first time for Orientation Meeting. Thank you [name removed], appreciate all your effort and work. One other thing on Financial side though which i would like to highlight, the closing benefit provided by Trophy for 15K is of no benefit to Buyers. As the charges which Lender BHome quoted are way out of market. For example : for a loan of 400K, they wanna charge 4K as Origination Fee plus on top of it 4K for bringing the interest down to a rate which is still .75% higher than market offers, plus all other fees have marginally difference when compared with market offers. That way there is no gain in going with BHome as Lender, even after paying 20% down. Plus if I continue with them say for 2 years, I will eventually pay more and end up loosing money. This needs to be improved if possible by giving buyer the flexibility to use this 15K in closing with any Market Lender. Let me know if you need more details about this. Thanks

Nothing to complain. The only reason, I provided my satisfaction point as 9 and not 10 is because, I did my Closing on 2/20/2024 through mobile notary as I was living in Michigan. I physically moved from Michigan to Texas only on 5/10/2024 and started living in my own home. I submitted some warranty claims outside of house related to fence door was not getting locked properly, Side grouting/grading was not proper which need to be fixed and I was told that all outside things need to be closed before closing. Trophy Homes would only cover inside of house during warranty period which was little wired to me. Anyways, if you could still help to get those done that would make me happier to happiest. Let me know

Overall experience was very good. I would recognize [name removed] for his exceptional friendly working relationship throughout the process especially when I was based in Michigan while purchasing the property in Texas. The only suggestion I would have is if for such clients (who are not living nearby), if you could allocate any builder's representative during the final stages would be very helpful. The reason I am saying so, because when I got the house inspected by 3rd party inspector, he noticed few key areas related to roof and I was told that the rework would be completed by certain date. I requested the 3rd party inspector to go the next day to verify whether the work is not to the expectation or not and he went next day and said that the work is not completed and as it is. Hence, his 2nd visit was a waste of cost to me. That's the only bad spot on whole dealing with Trophy Signature team. Rest all good.

Overall process of smooth till today. I will specifically thanks [name removed] who helped us with walk though and fixing all the issues even after closing and regular follow up. I dont dislike anything so far. But i feel , we could get little more incentives because of high interest rates and uncertainty in the housing market.

Likes: overall experience somewhat smooth. Dislikes: Walk through was very quick for us (1.5 to 2hrs) where as my friend who got a home in same community had it for 4 hrs and very detailed. Final fixtures were done in a rush. Had to submit requests again after closing and had to follow up multiple times to get them done. Interior electrical fixtures were not consistent with other houses of same plans. Submitted a request to add dome light in game room as its not there for us but its there for other houses in the same plan. My request was rejected No closing complimentary gifts (like door bell cameras) in wolf creek but trophy is doing this in other communities.

From contract communication was ineffective, what we reported as deficiencies were given an explanation that the “ built per plan”. Dismissing home inspector finding. This is our 2 nd home built by trophy we have seen significant declines in total package, thus somewhat reluctant to be refer to people
