The overall process was smooth, the walkthrough and follow ups by [name removed] was great. The contract and closing process was not flexible for changing lenders and could have a scope of improvements.

Both warrant service as well as customer service. I choose trophy for the quality and best building. But after purchasing I see so much of quality issue and have communicated to all levels and till now they are not able to resolve the issue’s. When [name removed] is there he should take care custome very well. Now I see [name removed] and his boss is doing good customer service. But I expected the quality outcome from trophy. Hope somebody will review the home owner comments and take neccessary actions.

So much of pending and unsatisfied quality work. Raised request no proper communication and resolution. Even thought they have not completed my final walk through and fix all my pending. I trusted trophy homes reps, but they all broke the trust. Now they are forcing my sign the final walk through document without completing all work. Then only they will able to carry forward other works. I request somebody form trophy home management pitch in hell to resolve the open issues and hand over my home with quality.

I was promised some paint touch ups which never happened. Also, i am finding that the studs are not all spaced correctly. moreover, some switches do not work and some cabinets are failing already. its not even been six months since I moved in. There is sheetrock issues which needs to be fixed (bulging sheetrocks) in some places. Key fob for community center is not working and am not able to use the amenities.

No one even reach out to schedule a meeting for the one year after closing walk through meeting. Can;t believe this is How trophy treat homeowners. I JUST NEED TO TALK TO SOME ONE! PLEASE!

Suddenly the closing date was brought forward by a month (earlier close), which led us to losing a lot of money on the existing rental place we had committed to, based on the closing date Trophy had given us, and maintained through their almost weekly status updates. Then why the sudden change?

few of the things are not at all of good quality like the CLARE security system. Who does this third grade system in times of ADT/Google etc? Their products are really bad. The constructor -[name removed] was really nice. he helped in overcoming the initial quality hicuups related to light fixtures, island marks etc.

I liked that the home actually had finishes similar to the model home. Disliked that the updates on construction only came in after reminders. also some of the electrical fittings (Switches) are not consistent in the house. they have used two different style of switches in the same box which makes some of them stand out

like - initial community manager; good at getting people in the door but terrible of taking care of customers. dislike - service, untimely response in everything, way too many issues, issues taking multiple attempts to resolve, rejecting warranty items, not willing to help owners who have spent close to million dollars on a house! NEVER ever will I recommend Trophy Homes to anyone unless they show any signs of integrity and basic value of taking care of customers.

The warranty experience has been very disappointing. I submitted 2 warranty tickets more than a month ago, but I have received no response for either ticket. I also reported 2 issues when I moved in: one to the builder and the other to the sales manager (who said the builder was supposed to contact me for it), and those 2 issues haven't been resolved either. I can't access my submitted warranty tickets to use as a reference for follow-up. I have additional warranty items to report, but no use submitting them into a warranty system that is a black hole with no responses or no way to follow up. My experience with the builder [name removed] has been very disappointing. He promised to replace the porch lights cover (which by the way was on the initial walk thru list) but did not get it done and his callous response to my follow-up was infuriating.

It's been horrid. Communication has been through text, which is great for scheduling and quick communication, but there should have been an email chain tracking all the work. We are STILL working through the exception list and haven't even gone back to add the warranty issues yet. It's been over five months since we closed and the house still isn't complete. We received multiple false promises of quick resolution of the exception list items and it hasn't happened. Just two weeks ago we agreed to have contractors at the house on Thursday to complete a handful of the items, no one ever showed. No communication or follow up either. I sent a follow up text over the weekend and still have not heard anything back. It's incredibly frustrating and just a terrible experience.
