[removed] much at all to be honest. The only positive experience is that the president of the company will interact with you, but the fact that it has to escalate to that points out several broken processes along the way.

the buying process and even after closing was a good experience. We started having a ton of issues after closing with the new home that dragged forever to get fixed was bad.
