Our home is high quality, but there were a lot of warranty issues, including one very serious leak that caused much damage and inconvenience. But warranty service ([removed]) was responsive and effective. [removed] seems to have pretty serious construction quality control problems, but the warranty service was conscientious in fixing them.

The level of service throughout and how we were treated were the best part. [removed] in particular was an absolute treat to work with and always went above and beyond. He did everything in his power to make sure we were satisfied and always had our best interests in mind. Can’t say enough great things about the service and quality of the product.

Our construction manager, [removed] was very detail oriented which we very much appreciated and he helped pull off getting a few items on backorder without impeding the progress of our home. We appreciate how he built the house as if it were his own and took care and thought into recommendations and working with the contractors.

It is 60 says from close. We still have a sizeable list of punch items. [removed] have a back 2nd floor porch that leaked..still incomplete. New leak kitchen, that has damaged ceiling.

[removed] a 10 because the design elements were not anticipated/coordinated through the house for consistency in the offerings and execution; during some parts of the process we experienced resistance from builder with respect to some customisation requests; the subs weren't conscientious of each other's work at times; there was an observable inconsistency in the framing from house to house;but the final construction is solid and well-conceived.
