For starters, we had an issue with plumping that ruined dry wall and a door frame, and PC has refused to completely repair. We have put 4 call into Mike Jackson XXX-XXX-XXXX and he refuses to return our calls. Returning a phone call is the bare minimum of customer service and professionalism. Perhaps this individual should find another profession. We also put in a service request for some rather large cracks in our home, we are yet to have follow up on this request.

Seems every workmanship issue was turned down as a warranty issue. Ceiling tiles cracked, irrigation system broken, electrical was not correct, security cables from builder not removed, spectrum line underground to box was damaged by builder, interior doors were squeaking and very annoying and noisy. House was poorly inspected for quality, who knows what is behind the walls.

I like the idea of the senior community it’s relaxing. The one thing I’m still upset about is the fact that they messed up on our bathroom nobody apologized nobody came back and responded to our request doesn’t say much for your interior design department. Now we will see how quickly they come back and fix all the cracks on the outside of the house.

The staff including the construction staff are great to work with. When we file for corrections that need to be made to the home, everyone is on top of it. We love out new home.

poor quality products used... kitchen sink is rusting, windows are cheap quality, wood used on trim needs to be painted again, stucco is falling off in alot of places

The ground is caving in front of the gate? Scary. The plants and trees are not planted with the drip system so some plants and trees are and will die. The garage door jams up, the one that leads to outside. The laundry room fan keeps coming on so the sensor doesn’t work properly. The master bathroom shower clogs teal easy and doesn’t drain well and the shower nozzle isn’t spraying properly. I like my home though, the layout is nice , I just don’t feel safe in it. We were lied to many of times. Sales office offered Incentives , like a new style touch less kitchen faucet never got it. when we asked they took down the display in the sales office and told us they had put up the wrong display. funny it had been up for months. Robert in the Sales office is your typical used car salesmen. ONE LIE AFTER ANOTHER. Will say anything to sell a house, no matter how big or bad the lie is. even told us gated community YA Right our garage door remotes don't work on the garage door or the gates 98.5 % of the times. We feel unsafe trying to get into my own neighborhood or garage, because it wont open. And how did they handle that, we were told the more you use it the better it will get or get closer to the gate. Ya OK. when you call the garage door opener company they say there is something wrong. Ask all the community they well all agree with me on this one. I / we feel the bones of the house are good. However the cosmetics finishing of the house was / is crap. I think if Chris & Ted would have done their jobs with keeping an eye on the contractor doing the finishing touches you would have not had to do so much rework. But the word on the street is we are all 55 plus and can't see good so just do a quick job and we will touch up the complaints, more money in our pockets. we may be 55 and older, but that is wrong of you to take advantage of us. our home has so much damage from the all the heavy trucks on the next phase behind us on both side from moving cement, wood whatever, our walls , baseboards, crown molding, tiles have cracked. their answer settling. I even told Chris when the trucks come the house rattles and new cracks. OH AND WILL NOT REPAIR MY CROWN AS YOU DIDNT PUT IT IN, So sorry not our problem. great customer services, NOT. I have called the office so many times with not reply (14 times to one person in 2 months. Left detailed message, name phone #, address, lot # community name. He still has not returned my call) I have rude text from Chris claiming I called in and made complaints about him and that is why he is no long here. I never called about him. I informed and showed the new guy and told him this better stop. In the laws eye that is retaliation / bullying. (Elder abuse) That should have never of happened. I never received an apology. Once again great customer services. (NOT). Let get away from Robert, Ted and Chris for now, Let see Liza when she left how she handed off her job. Oh ya she didn't. Her voice mail, said she was gone a call L. Pena, a phone number no extension. When you put in a few letters of someones name your systems just give numbers with no names, so you have no clue who is at what number. I have told so many people about this to never be fixed. One day I just dialed every ext. and left my name and number , no call backs. then on another day I just kept calling ext. until someone answered. I was told Covid-19 we are working from home and don't check our office lines. I have been working from home over a year also, but I make sure I answer my office phone or check my office messages a few times daily, That is part of the job. Great Customer services. NOT. I have a great joke for you not real funny. One day we came to see the house before it was done. Yes Covdi-19 was in full swing, when we walked into the house there was a 40 oz Corona beer sitting on the kitchen counter. (Covid-19 / Corona virus) we all laughed and said we got CORONA. On another trip there were 3 men sitting in the front yard installing the brick/ rock to the front everyone on them had a beer in their hands, just having a good old time 2 of them hand saw going. Last time I checked it was against 99.9999999% of companies in the world to let their people drink on the job. I guess this company don't fall into that percentage. I did bring this to Roberts & Chris attention. On another trip, I asked Robert and Stella in the sales office if I could bring the window treatment company in to measure for treatments I was told yes. we meant them at the sales office and had them follow us over to the home, When we got here there were still plumbers, painter and someone else still working. when we left the painter was still inside the house painting. I got chewed out the next day for not locking the house up. a few days later we were walking around the block stopped to look in the window as the door should of been locked to find the key in the door. We took the key so no one would get in, the next morning I drove the neighborhood looking for Chris or TED to give back the key, I noticed the front door was opened. When I found Ted, he said to me It's only a master key we have 100s no big deal. Big deal. I get chewed out for the door not being locked a few days earlier, ( and when I left the painter was still there) but the workers leaving the key in the door is OK. GREAT Customer Services. NOT. You need to get responsible, trust worthy, honest, caring, stop the lying people to work for the company or the surveys will always be the same. CRAP. Something good to say about the company. All the homes are almost done you will be gone. I feel sorry for the new homers coming in and what they will have to go through to get their repairs done.

Until recently nothing was taken care of. Now just this past week thanks to Robert, we have had a couple of appointments to get our request taken care of.

Never Completed my repairs and it’s been almost a year. And promised completion on many different dates that was never met customer service Travis and Chris both have lied and made false promises haven’t documented things properly or completed work in a timely manner. Communication with customer service is poor they never get back to me they never follow through with anything.. my experiences in purchasing this home and working with the company on repairs and flaws have been horrible and would not recommend this filter to anyone. My home was never cleaned windows washed or anything done in preparation for my move-in, they have use my time to wait for repairs and drag this on forever. Chris and Travis randomly show up if they ever do they don’t make appointments ahead there’s no warning when they may be here Chris has brought people in my home for repair when I haven’t been here and they have incurred more damage. Chris nor Travis ever answers their phone or Returns any calls request.

Customer care has been good but there were things like dryer vent was cemented shut, two canned lights in kitchen were plastered over and a gas line needed for the heater was missing. Obviously they were in a rush and not making sure things were done right.

Paint on my solar panels, numerous cracks in plaster, drawer fronts that fall off, doors that stick and are difficult to get open or lock, trees that are dying and in fulfilled promises of fix it dates. Not to mention threats of voided warranties.

I understand due to Covid-19 no work is being done, I don't like that no one will answer the phones or return your call. I have been told 2 times someone was coming to fix something and no show. When I call the oeefice noone knows what we are talking about.
