I loved Mary Ellen Worth and Terry Trullinger. They are both super stars in my book and provided amazing above and beyond customer service. I am having an issue with a water dripping sound above two of the bathrooms that I have reported on numerous occasions. The supervisor of the project “Cruz” has told me that this is a condemnation problem and it will be fixed although they may have to cut into portions of the house and it will be done at a later date. I have had your plumber look at it but no results. I responded again and I only got the HVAC company sending someone who said it was the bathroom ceiling fans which is absolutely absurd. I want to know why I’ve been promised to have this fixed and it has not been done. I have enjoyed my relationships with your company, however, if this is not resolved I will have no choice but to seek counsel on this matter.

The sales staff, construction foreman, and customer support people are wonderful. Home build quality is great. Some design choices are not what we would have selected. The landscaping and septic set up are questionable.

I still have some unresolved issues. But Cruz and Matt have been great. Mary Ellen Worth is a superstar. Terry is a great guy.
