She kept us updated with the progress and went out of her way to respond to emails, text messages and voicemails even after office hours. It was an easy process and made us feel comfortable with the process. [removed] was extremely helpful with the whole process of having our home ready before the scheduled date. His responses to our questions have been timely and explained the whole process throughly. [removed] informed us of items that were not done correctly (same things) and he was in the process to correct them. He was extremely helpful especially on the day we moved in. He did not hesitate to help and made us feel like we were valued customers.

Every one on the team has been beyond helpful. [removed] only in the buying process but also the thereafter. There has never been one person i couldn't direct any questions to and i would also always receive an answer right away. My wife and i are forever grateful to even have the opportunity to live in our new home built by [removed] and we feel lucky every morning we wake up. The floor plan are well thought out and has the perfect combination of effective space and roominess. Thank you [removed] team for such a pleasant experience.
