So far [name removed] has taken care of all warranty claims. I like that when you spend 2 million dollars on a home that has never been lived in and they tell you as is. But they have taken care of everything. Very happy with [name removed].

[name removed] the home. I bought a model home and believe certain things should be taken care of. Spent a lot of money for [name removed] to tell us it’s not covered. Would love to talk to someone about certain things that were promised. But now 11 months later are forgotten.

We had lots of issues with our home, especially the craftmanship. It seems like the sale of the home and getting the homeowners in the home is more important than delivering a quality product.

A little disjointed. A lot of people contacting me to check in, schedule appointments, do the work, follow up. Sometimes you might think a lot of communication is better, but in this case, if we have multiple service requests, it's a challenge to keep track of all of the vendors and what they are working on.
