The sales experience and lending aspect was great. The project manager for our home was great at first. Offered the [name removed] and moon. Ultimately, he made promises he didn’t keep (showing us how to use our sprinkler system and dropping off extra wall touch up paint). He said he had a streak of 5 star ratings and to help him keep that. After the survey it was like “bye!”.

Warranty has been awesome to us! We have had some problems here and there with it being a new build but every single time they have exceeded our expectations and fixed it.
