Seems like house was done in a hurry to turned it in before the year which we recieve in September. House didn't get a proper cleaning alot of drywall dust above cabinets tape adhesive on the tile floors . The paint job was done in a hurry wall plug covers have paint on them. There is some areas where the paint is dripping. Some drywall around the tubs is showing the joint tape for the drywall.

My warranty contact is a super nice person however I have had multiple issues with my house to the point they sent out the head of construction to meet with me at my home and only some of my concerns were ever addressed some of the ones they did address like my sliding door all they did was spray pledge in the tracks and sand a small portion of the frame still doesn’t operate correctly I am having more settlement cracking issues my failing carpet was never addressed my warped / cracking upgraded cabinets were never addressed all my black trim throughout the house was supposed to be cleaned or replaced due to paint scratches all over that was never addressed I have quit a few things I am very disappointed with and again feel like since I have already purchased and paid for the house I do not matter

Poor craftsmanship, built cheaply, not a straight wall in the house, outside grading required me to bring in 20 yards of dirt to level the back yard and sides of the house.

[name removed] who assisted me with the purchase was fantastic from start to finish. She kept me up to date on everything and worked with me to make sure my house had all the features I wanted. [name removed] my customer service rep has also been fantastic. Even though my house had only had a few post closing repairs she has made sure any were addressed quickly. The quality of the house is well above what you will get from other builders and I make sure to share that with anyone looking to buy a new build home.

Sometimes it’s difficult to get ahold of warranty people because they work Monday through Friday banker hours and during those times I’m either at work or sleeping because I have to work at night

Pros: One specific person we can stay in contact with for all issues There is also a portal to track everything Cons: I had to reach out about the final walkthrough and the issues Almost never receive any updates unless I reach out Takes weeks to get small things fixed The builders broke a cabinet over 2 months before moving in and now 6 months after moving in it’s still not fixed Every time I reach out for an update all I get is “I’ll reach out soon” Some things aren’t covered like the bathroom mirrors even though they came with the house? By far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with

Poor workmanship. This is the 4th new build purchase and by far the worst. It was obvious how they threw the house up with little supervision by how many issues need fixed. Blatant issues that really appear as though they were intentionally ignored, hoping the homebuyer wouldn’t notice
