We did not get someone to look at the sprinklers as stated. It does not appear that all plants are being watered. There was more than one conversation about it.

We are having issues with the tile that was installed in our master bathroom and the case was closed and customer service didn't even let us know until I called about another issue.

Cracks in ceiling next to slidding door crack in counter top next to stove, master bathroom sink fadding sliding door doesn't close correctly electrical problems they wouldn't fix. Still owe me money even though it was under warranty.

When we first moved in, the time it took to get things fixed and communication was not good at all. It has improved since [name removed] has been the go to person but the time it takes for the actual repair person to fix the problem has alot to be desired. It took over 3 months to get our kitchen cabinets to be fixed because the cabinet company was very slow to get parts in and get repairs scheduled. When you see workers building over a dozen homes but it takes weeks for some repairs to be completed on your home - it is frustrating. We get timely response from [name removed], but the repairs take time to be scheduled and repaired.

So far, I have had some repairs done and several more scheduled for the end of the year. Customer service representatives are always helpful and respond in a timely manner.

Warranty has been on top of things for the most part. I still have a cabinet door that needs replaced. They came and had the wrong door. We do have a list for end of the year things to be fixed. The white glove service installed what needed to be installed and said they DIDN'T know how to connect our Android phones to operate anything in the home. WE had to set the keypad on the door ourselves before we could use IT. Nothing is set to work with our phones. My daughter did manage to get her iPhone paired with the lights and door.
