The closing when horrible we felt like we were being bullied by your office in Melbourne from the beginning the day of the closing the house was a mess with a promise of a clean up to follow the next two days the [name removed] was working with us as promised next thing we know he is fired and we are left cleaning grout off the floors and walls to this date painting lots of missed spots we were given help from carl from the warranty department and [name removed] from the Melbourne office with warranty problems but we were left a mess to take care of all so we were hit with a order change of 41 Thousand Dollars after the work was all ready finished given a alternative to sign in two weeks are they would void contract [name removed]

I have a lot of things that should be fixed, unfortunately, the standards of the Constitution it is not what Landsea sold me. I definitely was not expecting to have a lot issues.

Did not meet the schedule, for the build or repairs. Lack of clarity when asked questions. Quality is mediocre material are of standard.

We were given the runaround during the building process. There was multiple delays and we could not get answers on the delays. There were things done to the house that we asked not to be done. Our yard was not leveled properly and now when it rains our yard floods.

Still haven’t gotten my stove hood since I moved in. Now it’s been 6 months. Also have a problem with my microwave.
