The issues with my house still hasn't been fixed, I've reached out several times. They sent out work orders but the company they hired never called to set appointment to do the work.

Absolute disappointment with customer service. We never never never make business again with this builder.We ready buy two more houses from others builders and we received the right attention from them. If you want know more about this you can check the several times that we tried to receive back phone calls from your team.the most terrible was about level of our back and front yard and your people only make excuses. One more time. NEVER again with your people.

I do love my home, but I don’t like the service I received after my brand new home was only 10 months old and got damaged in the summer do to rain it took landsea almost 5 months to fix the ceiling leakage. My son spent the entire time sleeping in the living room on my sofa he spent his 21st birthday sleeping on the sofa. My life and kids life was a nightmare watching my brand new house destroyed I feel like I was living in a third world country with buckets was collecting water trying to save what I could in the room, picture yourself in my situation. Several people came give false information I got to a point I felt like I was mistreated. My belongings got damaged due to the ceiling leakage I was told to submit my receipts for reimbursement I did i still haven’t received my refund back. I chose landsea to build my home because I trusted landsea, but I was wrong. I haven’t heard any apologies from land-sea, except sorry from Rob. I am really disappointed with the service I received for the repair due to the damages. Even though the house got repaired I’m still scared the same thing will happen again down the road.

I wish I could rate them a 0. The worst mistake I’ve made. I waited almost a year for my house to be built and I received a house with a rusted bathtub, after putting up the window curtain in one the room the drywall fell out, the shower tile in the master bath is uneven and they don’t fix their mistakes. The lawn is not properly done. OMG do not, do not, I repeat do not used their loan lender. Poor communication, they will not lock you in until the interest rate suits them. I will never buy another house from them.

We have had major issues with our contact getting back to us. We would call or text and immediately receive an text back stating "in a meeting" then no return calls until we would call the supervisor for answers. Then we receive a call stating another excuse. We have been trying to be patient but it has been difficult.

My electric plug in the bathroom and kitchen do not work and I have reached out to landsea homes several times and no one returned my calls. I then called the builded and he told me they no longer work for landsea homes. There is a lot of crack in the shower wall in the master bathroom and a big crack in my daughter bathroom from the bath to the floor. The light are not centered throughout the house to be able to put chandelier. I am terribly disappointed in the sappy service that I received, I would not recommend landsea homes to my worst enemy.

One year beyond commitment date then wouldn’t set closing date. They seem very disorganized and no updates or walk throughs during build. Our calls not often or promptly responded to then they didn’t know what was going on with the house. It seemed like they only cared about sales and not completion like a pyramid scheme. First and only walk through before closing found lots of problems was told everything would be fixed before closing though no date set for closing. Four weeks later got call asking us to show up in an hour for closing WHAT we were 3 hours away. Told them we were 3 hours away and they said “show up whenever” who does business like that? Asked if all repairs had been completed and could we walk through before closing. If we delayed for walk through and we found problems could delay closing for weeks so we being homeless (had sold and closed on our other home anticipating this home being complete) went to closing without walk through. Got the keys and went to the house very little had been done. Many many many calls were made to get items fixed. Many dates were set for someone to fix and no one would show up. Finally many items we just decided to fix ourselves which is what I believe they were counting on us doing. We have paid to have repairs made because it was easier then trying to get them to respond. No I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

(1)Length of time (18mths) taken to build a basic house was too long which led to high interest rates (2) Builder did not provide the advertised brand (Trane) heating and ac system although it was provided to other homeowners building at the same time (3) The builder did not provide the right size HVAC system based on the house size (4) The builder did not treat the soil prior to building which led to ants nests throughout the yard and lots of other insects. The bait traps are not effective (5) The landscaping needed improvement (6) The front entryway door was not installed properly, there is a gap (7) The builder did not provide an option for a side door at the garage and was not flexible when request was made prior to construction start date. (8) Tile installed in kitchen did not line-up with entryway although visible from entryway (9) Ceramic tile and granite selections were limited with builder (10) The shower door is leaking (11) The builder did not provide the right color roof shingle (black was selected but not provided).

The warranty service is horrible. Improperly installed a toilet, water leaked into walls. It has been over 5 months and the damage is still not 100% complete. We closed on the house just over 7 months ago.

zero communication, no quickness of getting things fixed, length of time to build my house, electrical outlets incorrectly installed, having to contact the president and CEO of the company in order to get things addressed and still barely any communication

Customer care is does not exist at Landsea. We have warranty rep. He is nice but does not follow up. We have to call numerous times, send numerous emails, send messages through the homesite, send numerous texts and end up contacting and following up with vendors for repairs ourselves. Dealing with Landsea for any warranty repairs is terrible. No one has any consideration for the time we have wasted nor the loss of use of our master bathroom shower for six months.

First of all... this is the second time I provide this feedback. The fact that no one has called me to discuss is very disturbing. Craftsmanship is poor, the trim around attic access in the garage is falling apart, as in it was never secured correctly. They installed the incorrect fan in the master bedroom bath. two months in and I had a total of 10 lights go out, I tried calling and emailing the warranty company and no answer. I had 3 door knobs fall off. The door knob installed in the front door is cheap! The dishwasher installed is missing the bottom kick plate. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone!

The warranty service is horrible. Improperly installed a toilet, water leaked into walls. It has been over 5 months and the damage is still not 100% complete. We closed on the house just over 7 months ago.
