only thing that bummed me out was the previous buyer failed escrow which left me no choice with my floor and kitchen design/color

Everything was smooth and sound from pre-approval to closing. [name removed] and all of its team members did their job and made sure everything was accommodated and explained to us from start to end. Shoutout to [name removed] and [name removed] team for making our home purchase an exciting and wonderful experience. Lastly, credits due to [name removed] and [name removed] of the home management team for accommodating and committing to all our requests with very prompt responses and quick turn around time!
