The microwave broke after 5 times of uses after we moved in. There is a large crack in the bathroom cabinet that they forgot to fix it before closing and it still haven‘t been fixed so far after 6 weeks of closing. Strongly unsatisfied with the quality and after-closing repair process

I love that my service requests are quickly viewed. [name removed] is AMAZING and she stays on top of it with open line of communication. She’s very friendly and professional. Anytime I place a request, she will reach out to coordinate a date and time that works with my schedule. One thing that I disliked and found challenging was scheduling reliable vendors. I had a few missed appointments (this had nothing to do with [name removed]) but lack of communication from certain vendors. Sometimes I would arrange my day around a service request appointment for the vendor, and then the appointment was missed. [name removed] would always be super helpful to get them rescheduled immediately or be creative to go a new direction with another vendor.

I had a good experience with [name removed] overall. During the house inspection, we noticed a scratched window, and [name removed] promptly took care of it by arranging a replacement. What stood out the most was his consistent communication—he kept us updated every step of the way, which made the process much easier. Thanks to his responsiveness, things went smoothly.

Likes: I appreciate the fast customer service responses from the team, especially from [name removed]! Dislikes: The quality for the appliances are a bit concerning. The dishwasher needed a replacement of draining parts only after 5 months usage...

Overall, the build quality of the home met my expectations, especially with the after-sales customer service. [name removed] and her team goes out of their way to make sure I'm satisfied, which makes up for a lot of small mistakes seen in the initial build quality. Two minor dislikes remain: - some materials are not as high quality as expected - cabinets and tiling being the main culprit - not a lot of variety of build options available. Would have loved to be able to customize more.

I have filed 3 complaints/tickets in the last year and had issues with my garage not closing properly. Recently 1 ticket is still open and something terrible happened around Oct'23. When I tried backing my car out, the garage door automatically closed and hit my car top and the contracting firm came and told that some parts of the garage door had to be replaced. When things are going well [name removed] comes and inspects home so you can get good satisfying marks on the survey. When things aren't going well, [name removed] representatives/customer support representatives don't care and when push comes to shove, they don't care for the owners but they care for their partners/vendors/contractors who they work with. It's evident in my case. I'm happy to follow up on this.

New Builder Homes had some issue; we had leak from the pipes; from the 3rd floor. even though it was overwhelming dealing with it. The Builder made a sure that everything was fix and done correctly the 2nd time. Some disagreement on the customer services side but it was also handle with the upper management.

Two of the three ACs have a problem that's still not fixed after six months. The contractors have come and tried a few times but it's still not fixed. Moreover, every time they come to fix, they make a big mess and damage the floors.
