The times we have called for the warranty, out of the 3 times we have called, they have only come on one occasion to fix the water heater.

After it only being a year, the quality of the build is lacking. We have a lot of squeaking in the floors that shouldn’t be there. Some of the doors don’t close properly because they weren’t cut correctly to account for the change in weather temperature.

Some of the initial work was a bit sloppy, but any work that needed fixing, [name removed] was more than willing to correct.

From my first visit when I arrived at the sales offices , the sales person , [name removed], a person who not only sells the property, but walks with you until the end of the process. A woman to respect and admire. Friendly, efficient in everything that concerns his work and more, always maintaining excellent communication, without importing hours outside of his work hours. The sales team worked in close agreement with Lender and protect manager . Great team [name removed] Home .

I've submitted the warranty requests back in April through the portal or website and never heard back. So, I reached out again this past Friday, September 29th. Someone will be here to fix the request on Monday, Oct. 2nd.
