Any items we have encountered have been addressed quickly with the trade responsible. Most of the trades have been quick to schedule a time to address/fix the issue.

I would absolutely never recommend [name removed] Homes to anyone. From getting our home with dead grass in the front lawn to the builder manager lawrence making empty promises to get a good survey it has just been awful to deal with this builder. They used the cheapest labor. We have found ply wood burries under our grass the sprinklers head have had to be replaced due to the sprinkler not wetting the lawn properly. Everything that we contact warranty for they state that is not under warranty.

We are told everything has to wait until the 1 year. We have been waiting months for windows that were installed in the wrong sports to be fixed. Now that they have been moved to the correct window spots, we have no schedule for the stucco to be repaired, so we have an 8” perimeter exposed to the elements around two south facing windows. We have been waiting 6 months to have two shower doors replaced, due to upside down installation for one, and poor functionality of the other. We get no response when engaging [name removed] for answers on timing. Of the many homes we have purchased, this is by far the worst experience.

The length of time it took to build 13 months when the stock homes that were built before ours are still sitting on the market. It cost me storage and rent alot of money someone is making poor decisions .

The staff in the trenches have been very responsive and helpful. The corporate staff was disingenuous during our contract negotiations.

Liked that a single phone call was all that was required to resolve punch list items. Disliked we were only given 30 days to add issues to punch list. This was a BIG issue given we were not ready to move in and live out of state.

What we dislike is that it takes a few requests before someone is sent out, other than that, the things that are needed to be resolved is being taken care.

We did not see a seamless transition from [name removed] builders. The builders lack of compliance with HOA rules and leaving established building area damaged has reduced property values. Unable to sell existing inventory shows their lack of interest in leaving development in a fair state for its homeowners.

There were several low spots washed out and some from previous work on equipment that I had to fill and level myself because you guys wouldn't take care of. Being a commercial contractor myself, this is very unacceptable and disheartening. For what we paid for the house I should not have had to take care of something like this while moving in.

Whenever I needed something fixed under warranty, they were very responsive and fixed the issue. Also none of the issues were anything major . I know I have a high quality home!

Think the caulking and finish work in the bathrooms could have been better. Several plates it was missed. The front porch had stucko missing with a gap insects could enter. I was missing screens for the windows that will be delivered November.
