Nothing to complain about. All went well and the closing was straightforward. I work as a Real Estate Appraiser and can honestly say that the quality and workmanship of my home is one of the best I've seen amongst many new construction developments. Kudos to the Construction Manager Jerry for his professionalism and knowledge. We are very pleased.

I really enjoyed the process of seeing all the phases to the build from flat ground to home completely build. Being able to walk though 3 diffrent process during the build, your able to see everything.
