The walls are hollow every time you close the door you can hear it through the whole house need more separation on the walls and insulation needs more insulation through the whole house to keep it cool in the summer and warm in the winter

The purchase of my new house was very gratifying, the salesperson [name removed] is very professional, the loan office [name removed] is incredible, [name removed]'s attention from guarantee is great, I am very satisfied with their attention, I am waiting for a kitchen cabinet that it was broken, that it was ordered for replacement, and with respect to the quality of the house, I am not pleased with the garage, it has large cracks and although I reported it and they told me that since 2 coins do not fit they cannot repair it, I understand because I am a realtor However, since I am in the real estate market, it has happened to me that I am with my other clients and other construction companies like [name removed] and Dr [name removed] and they have placed epoxy, since it is a new house you do not expect to see large cracks in the new house, The rest have a great work staff, I congratulate them

Everything except for the design studio and the women that did our closing. Those two experiences were not great. We felt rushed and like if we were a bother to them. They did not have patience while my wife translated for me.

Towards the beginning of the year of the Warrenty, everyone was very responsive. Now I find myself chasing them a bit. Which is something other homeowners had warned me about. I’m hoping it’s not on purpose.

We had some issue with the Sprinkler or water issue and back door also had an issue. the back door sliding back door doesn't lock properly right side. Front door the weather stripping is coming off the bottom of the door. So far only one cracked tile I. Front of the bathroom in the hallway. Otherwise, it is going well so far.

everything we upgraded was acceptable. everything we did not upgrade looks to be the lowest quality that could be used and still pass inspection. also, i still have the pink punch list that was supposed to be finished and we have never been contacted to finish those items. luckily they are minor so it's not a huge deal.

While we loved our beautiful home, the experience on craftmanship and build quality as me concerned on the future condition of the home. I will list a few of the negative experiences we have so far; 1. The master shower waterline exploded in the walls of the master bedroom closet flooding the carpeted floors. - this was repaired. 2. Shingles were missing or flew off the highest point of the roof. - this was repaired. 3. Second bedroom faucet became discolored. - this was repaired. 4. The hand support for the stairwell started coming off the wall from vibrations to the home caused by the train. - this was repaired. 5. Second floor bedroom window glass shattered from vibration to the home caused by the train. This was reported and inspected but not repaired after 3 months. 6. Cracks continues to travel and get wider in the garage floor. - reported but advised the home is still settling on its foundation. 7. Both second floor bathrooms granites and counter tops have developed gaps separating them from the wall due to vibrations caused by the train.

I called the person to review some small issues (cracks, windows don't hold, etc), and he just asked me to send pictures, never called me back, or appeared to see what was happening.

I had a great experience with the builder and housing rep. They kept us updated with all milestones of the build and walked through everything happening in full detail. One thing I wish was better as a first-time home buyer was the design center; I wish our representative guided us a little bit more on interior design and minor inputs on things that would look better in the home and what we can have.
