[name removed]'s representation during the end of fit and finish warranty was very helpful and he understood the genuine concern and gaps. Though it is still in the process of addressing the issues one by one, I am very happy with the way the issues were heard and plan of action provided.

It seems material and construction is not at par. For eg water fauscet used are very short and causes splash on back of counter. Border of windows are not curved to prevent easy damage. Kitchen faucet us good for single sink, for dual sink it should be more towards inside of sink. When we raise request, contractors try to pin point to different one trying to avoid fixing.

I felt very dissatisfied with the quality of the construction and the poor service they provided to me. I have raised over 100 issues. Some of them are being addressed, a few are under review, and others are being closed with silly reasons. For example, during the walk-in, we identified a couple of issues that are still pending even after completing 1 year. Along with that, I have major HVAC, stucco, and concrete issues." And few issues after fixing its re-appearing.

I wanted to take little more time a day or 2 but sales agent forced and ended up paying more. same time many people received 20k towards closing cost but i have got only 20k

I don't like Sales team, I felt like cheated, When I came to sales office for the first time, I told to Sales team I have an agent just that agent did not come that day but she not allowed me to put the agent name in the contract and also she promised me reduce the price or include the solar , none of the things happened, She added so much pressure to take the decision. I felt like sales team and [name removed]([name removed]) may get some commission after selling each house , because I was ended up with no other option, once after the agreement no one picks my phone so eventually I have to ended with only safecu and closed with 6% interest rate. There are many other homes(my neighbors) closed and purchased along with me they have got below 6%. Hope this will change in future.

The quality of the home is not upto my expectations. The work is not neatly done and they have cut the corners at many places. Support team simply says that it is with in the tolerance limits for most of the requests including stucco cracks, gaps in the base boards. The home inspector has found about 80 minor issues around the home during inspection.

Really frustrated regarding the quality of the new house that was constructed by [name removed]. Despite being less than six months since the completion of the construction, multiple issues have already surfaced, including stucco problems, concrete cracks, and air leaks. This level of substandard craftsmanship is truly disheartening and unacceptable and I haven't heard or seen this with any other builders including Woodside who constructed within [name removed]. The stucco on the exterior of the house has shown signs of significant wear and tear, with sections peeling off and exposing the underlying structure. This is not only aesthetically unpleasing but shows about the durability and longevity of the building constucted by [name removed]. Concrete cracks, both indoors and outdoors, is a big indication about Lansea and it's lack of attention to detail during the construction process. Furthermore, the presence of air leaks throughout the house is causing noticeable discomfort and is compromising the energy efficiency of the property. Wonder with this construction quality how you got builder of the year award previously and I'm sure that with this quality [name removed] won't get this any more in future and I'll share my experience and feedback publicily on the forums to raise awareness of this pathetic quality.

Very poor quality of home construction where we are having multiple issues and for every issue I need to have lot of back and forth with customer success who won't do things and say these are all minor or consemotic. But I visited at least 5 different other homes with different builders and these homes were constructred 2, 3 years back which are still very good and very impressed with their builder quality. I never ever recommend [name removed] to any one else with this level of construction quality and customer support that we are receiving. Even now, I can show huge nuber of issues which should not be there for a newly build house and I stopped calling this as a new house or million dollor house with anyone as everyone say this is cheap work or handman did poor work on things. I got the exact same feedback when vendors came to fix some of the issues. My question was "Can you tell me why this is like this" and thier answer is "[name removed] selected this material for building the house which is bad". I don't want to add more as I'm very concerned that this will be even read by someone and action on this.

Did not clean the home during closing, windows and sliding doors and center meet slider bottom were dirty. They are still dirty. Did not complete nho items, have a lot of pending work orders still. Lot of issues still.

You can verify this by checking the numerous issues reported on Dwelling Live. Such issues are unexpected for a brand-new home. There is a considerable number of both resolved and pending problems, which indicates that the hired tradespeople have maintained subpar quality standards. I'm genuinely concerned about the potential for more issues in the upcoming months and years. I've consistently reported issues, and I appreciate [name removed] from customer service for making an effort to help resolve them. I earnestly request your assistance in extending the support to resolve the identified issues for an additional period.

One of the worst builders i have even seen and i spoke to 20+ owners and all expressed the same, we moved over a year ago and all homes are sold 300+ and still we dont have USPS mail service, Landsea cares only for Money but not for buyers and their problems, thats just the first thing, when ever we open service request, they always find a way to close it rather than fixing the issues ( try to say we can have up 5% slope and 1/8 crack), may be understandable if its a mistake and happen one place, it this happens 10+ locations and still don't do it ( the design it self was wrong for Plan 1 based on Landsea foundation team it self, but they don't do anything to address it), imagine a person buying a home and doesn't get letters for 2 years, In fact few of us are planning to go to City council and request to not to approve any Landsea projects in this area as we were not at all happy with this builder when we compare others like Lennar as an example as few of my friends have houses in Lennar and we compare with them and Landsea stands 1-2 rating where as Lennar stands 7-8 rating

It is been 6 months, many of the NHO issues are not resolved. Whenever we open the ticket, ticket will be there. None of them interested to fix the issue. Very worst customer support

Home warranty did not work with me after getting approved work done to my home. The home warranty (landscaping) was quick to take away coverage after sprinkler water line damages from construction.

1) There is a broken window even before closing my home and it is still not fixed. 2) Floor is slopped in the California room and when pointed out we are told it is as it is. That's wrong, when checked other houses they don't have this much slope and also if it rains water stagnate in the California room, it takes at least few hours to completely drain. 3) HVAC is not working well, even though the 2nd floor one is not turned on it get too hot just because we turned on the 1st floor one. 4) Water filter was not installed as mentioned in the contract and we are fed up and got out own water filter. 5) HOA is bad. Even though we're placing the trash bins in our property but we're being asked to keep them inside the property.

There are many design flaws and this is probably worst designs we never faced all home owners ( at least 20+ owners talked to me same ) , CA room having 3-4 inch concrete slope from one side of room to other side ( said its design ), who will go concrete slope ( by design it should be 0-1 inch ), HVAC design is flaw, if i turn my heater on for 75 both up and down, by the time down goes to 75, upstairs goes to 90+ sometimes 100, and Land sea is forcing my kid to walk on stairs with 100 temperature when it was set for 75 only ( i believe this is even a law as well for kids to not to force to walk like that, i have to check and file a law suit on landsea if they don't fix, its 2 months all home owners raised this, and landsea never care about owners, we all thinking to file a complaint to CITY for approving this design and close [name removed] for constructing new homes until they address these design issues
