Home is nice but when looking into details. Cheap material used in cabinets, wall trims and stairs. Poorly installed carpet, windows uneven, walls cracking and electric work is done unproperly

Likes - Ease to raise concerns over the portal. The regular updates for each ticket. Communication via email for new information and updates. Appropriate followup via text to coordinate and fix issues. Dislikes - Taking longer time to complete request. Pushing some tickets back to us to work with vendor (Struggled fixing our dishwasher even though it was hardly 6 months old). Mentioning some are not part of the warranty (cracks in house lesser than CA standards)

Overall construction quality is poor compared to the builders like Lennar. Community facilities like Water park and schools as advertised by Builder are not happening in future

Construction team didn't fix the cracked ceramic top for an year, its still in broken state. Many small things are breaking and its hassle. Quality of the construction is very poor and they would have done much better. Construction teams takes months to respond / fix the issues. Master bath room is cracked not able to use this for 2 months and not yet fixed or no update after the first visit. I have many open requests which is still open. Gutter has mud which blocking rain water flow , I reported this 8 months ago non one fixed this issue. Rain water is coming from exhaust fan to ground floor bath room, construction team didn't prioritize this issue. Instead of homeowners enjoying in new house we are struggling with construction team to fix the issues.

Love the community and excited to have the park opening soon (Western Gate) near us. The time taken to fix repairs takes weeks and sometimes months. We had issue with the carpet from Day 1 and after 6 months it is still not fixed.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the ongoing issues I have been facing in my recently purchased property. Despite numerous attempts to seek resolution, the following concerns remain unaddressed: Incorrect tiles installed in the bathrooms: It has been six months since I moved in, and the wrong tiles are still in place. Despite raising a ticket and following up multiple times, this fundamental issue has not been rectified. The lack of urgency and attention to detail is concerning. Creaking and loose stair nosings: Since the day I moved in, the stair nosings have been making creaking noises and have become a slipping hazard. I immediately raised a ticket to have this issue fixed, emphasizing the safety concerns. However, it has been four months, and the problem persists. This poses a significant risk to anyone using the stairs and is unacceptable. Improperly installed tiles in the master bathroom: The tiles in the master bathroom were not properly leveled, and some of them have popped out, creating a tripping hazard. This is not only unsightly but also poses a danger to residents. It is essential that such basic construction standards are upheld. Inadequate leveling of the cement flooring in the California room: The cement flooring in the California room was not laid properly and lacks proper leveling. As a result, water accumulates in the center instead of draining away into the backyard. This design flaw hinders the functionality of the space and needs immediate attention. Delays in resolving raised tickets: Regrettably, every ticket I have raised takes an excessive amount of time to be resolved. The prolonged waiting periods for a resolution are inconvenient and demonstrate a lack of efficiency and commitment to customer satisfaction. Request for consistent dedication and attention: I sincerely hope that the same level of interest and dedication displayed during the property sale is extended to rectifying the construction blunders. It is disheartening to experience such a contrast between the initial enthusiasm and the lack of follow-through in addressing these critical issues. I urge you to prioritize these concerns and take immediate action to rectify the mentioned problems. It is essential for your company to fulfill its responsibility and provide the necessary fixes to ensure a safe and satisfactory living environment for your customers. I eagerly await a swift response and a comprehensive plan of action to address these long-standing issues. I trust that you will handle this matter with the utmost urgency and professionalism.

I am really not happy with the service by Landsea Homes (Sales, [name removed] & Customer service). Most of them are pending from day1 (NHO) and cases are not moving forward. Would request please review and take an action accordingly. Please feel free to call me at 510-500-4556 if you have any questions. Initially, [name removed] took feedback, then [name removed] then [name removed] Now [name removed] :-) 4007-00015-14 --> window glass is not installed in the Living room (issue documented in NHO also). I think you are following up on this issue with the Windows trade partner? 4007-00015-29 --> Handrailing is shaky (discussed during NHO and also multiple times with the construction managers) 4007-00015-21 --> french door issue 4007-00015-30 --> Roof issue 4007-00015-5 --> Multiple scratches on Cabinets. Unfinished Kitchen 4007-00015-22 --> Train noise issue (requested to recheck the DB levels). 3 pane windows were installed in the whole house, but few windows were not. 4007-00015-16 --> Multiple scratches on the Countertop in the Multigen suite 4007-00015-10 --> Driveway issue
