Delivered the home in haste, without thoroughly checking. Had major water damage, stucco cracks and other issues. Warrenty services took care of these issues later. Yet to get some of the issues addressed like compensation because of delay from water damage.

The service provided to us was not of a pleasant experiences right from safe credit union bank to the things that needs to be addressed at home . We had to really request multiple times, fight with the team to get done things. Totally disappointed

I loved my overall experience with [name removed]. From beginning to now. The warranty team is incredible (especially [name removed]) and the wonderful trade partners who are so kind and getting the issues fixed in timely manner. Love our home, location, and finishes we chose??

There is no quality in these homes. the worst decision I every made purchasing this home. It started with the sales office representative all the way to the top Managment, [name removed] whom not replying to my emails. There are still items before my move in a year ago not fixed in the house. I had sent so many tickets online, calls, texts and emails however nobody care to reply or come to fix incomplete task. There is nothing I like about this house at all because of the bad experience with customer service and cheap quality of the house.

I dont understand the purpose of having dwelling live website and a customer service team. [name removed] might as well rip both of them off and save some money. Because its good as non-existent. I am sick and tired of raising service requests when no one cares to respond to them. I bet all my neighbors and rest of [name removed] residents have the same opinion.

I was handed over a home in a half baked fashion without even having a proper gas connection set. Iterations over iterations later, many of my requests for fixing issues haven't got resolved yet. For example for mesh I had raised a request and interestingly they did the screens for both my neighbors and not mine - explanation given was - my name was missed out "somehow" . Almost 7 months into this house, am surprised that I still have to follow up with the builder to get issues resolved. I raised a concern that the heaters are not working as expected - Whenever I turn on heater downstairs, its the top that is getting heated first . If my downstairs is set to a temperature of 71, top stairs would be at 87! After raising a complaint the HVAC guy who came over insisted that this is working as designed and that its a design issue! I mean c'mon guys how can such basics be ignored while constructing a home! Many of my base boards have started coming out and each and every day I am lamenting why I jumped into landsea! I know this report is also going to be ignored like my previous concerns. Instead of maintaining these reports I would expect at least some actions from you guys.. at least once in a while!

Mainly the customer service and lack of timely resolutions for service requests. Most of the times the response was the issue is within the tolerable limits which conveys that [name removed] is not adhering to highest quality standards and asking customers to just settle for low standards. I heard Lennar in the area is doing much better handling customer service requests and they don't take them lite in anyway. I have personally experienced this in Arizona where I own a rental property. One reason I didn't buy a home in Landsea Homes community in Arizona is this exact same reason as I want the service requests to be handled in a timely manner in a professional way without having to follow-up multiple times as it was a rental property and I am answerable to my tenants.

I couldn't think of one good thing I liked about the warranty/customer care. The experience had been nothing but worst since we closed the house. The representatives are not accountable, they don't follow up, provide generic responses, and ignore our requests for a resolution. I can't believe there are items pending in my customer service portal for more than 5 months. This is absolutely not acceptable.

Poor quality construction, There not even a single review happened after closing either it's 1st month or 6th month or 1 year inspection, nothing happened. One of the worst experience that I ever had.

So many service requests and poor response. I have been waiting for window screen to be fixed from last 6 months and no response. All kinds of bugs and insects are coming because of that. We couldn't open the door and windows. Pathetic service request handling.
