I must say that the experience was not pleasant at all, and I did not feel comfortable with the people I worked with. They definitely made the entire process much more difficult for me and my family, due to the lack of communication, making promises and providing dates when nothing was yet concrete, and having us do things that were not actually necessary. I would not recommend these individuals to others, as I do not want anyone else to go through what we went through. The only positive aspects I can highlight are the treatment and attention I received from my realtor ([name removed]) and the person who showed me the house ([name removed]). As for the rest, I have nothing positive to say.

Outstanding service from [name removed] from Warranty Service. He is very reliable and easy to reach, always ready to assist. I would rate him a 10 in customer service! Issues that I have been experiencing and has not been solved: - Fence along the backyard of the townhouses. There is a section missing which deteriorates the privacy that was sold to us. Reason for fence missing a section was due to someone miscalculating the installation. Until today, I did not receive an update regarding when fence will be completed to obtain the privacy from the street. - front yard landscape: there is a section that is not leveled and creating a puddle of water when it rains or after the sprinkle system ends watering the front yard. - Sprinkle system was not properly installed. Some of the heads are in an angle and not vertical, they need adjustment and anyone entering the house gets wet. Already spoke to [name removed] about these two issues and nothing has been done. Seems this person takes this issue personal when it’s an issue about Your company which needs to be resolved to ensure new buyer is well treated and pleased with the new house. Until today. I did not receive any update nor response from Mr. [name removed] in regards to when these issues will be solved.

6 months living in this house I experienced more issues than what I experienced in a home I purchased with KB homes. Bad quality, ship paint. After the final walk person in charge never answer my calls I was in a process of buying another home with [name removed] and thanks God that didn’t happen and I received my deposit back

I like that everything is new but the window screens have a gap on the sides and the insects get in through them. The first floor ceiling looks uneven, somewhat bulky in some spots and the garage floor has cracks not covered by warranty because they are not a quarter wide.

We had to contact corporate office on multiple occasions to get resolution to items that they knew needed attention prior to closing. Adam and Jorge Rodriguez were both missing in action with complete silence when we were needing the last items to be resolved. This is the first home that we've lived in where there are not enough electric outlets throughout the house. It's a very big deception to have a builder skimp out on such a basic necessity.... very disappointing.

Repairs and completion items are still not completed after 6 months of us inhabiting the home and multiple communications. Specifically we are still missing window screens, broken window not replaced, and squeaky floors. Multiple other items were not completed when we moved in and required multiple and continuous calls and in-person visits to resolve over several months. And as noted, still not complete.
