The house is phenomenal. I’ve been in it for a year and had two inspections. Everything was quickly addressed by [name removed] and was fairly minimal anyway. The house is phenomenal and so is the neighborhood. My wife and I are thrilled to raise our children here.

Poor airflow not all windows open. Too much dirt gets in house when air conditioner on. Poor quality insulation when someone walks by outside on shared road while talking you hear everything especially in middle bathroom. With windows shut all cars, planes, [name removed] blocks away you hear. Doesn’t keep heat or cold weather out the floors by all walls get hot during summer. My meritage home blocks out jet noises and no hot floors during summer months is why I know the insulation on this home is low quality .

I enjoy the monthly reminders to service my appliances and other recommended suggestions! As a first time home buyer I am enjoying the experience of maintaining, servicing and keeping a reliable home! I am very pleased that my plants that died were changed in a timely manner!

The overall quality of the home, it has so many things that needed to be fixed or retouched all during the first months of living here. The time that I had to wait for spare parts was outrageous.

I have liked that there is a warranty for mostly everything inside and out of the house. I have disliked that [name removed] has not complied with some of these warranty promises in a timely manner.

There is a lack of care in the quality of completion. There is lack of communication from the warranty department. There are many excuses for fixes needing to be completed.

They throw these houses up so quickly and quality takes a back seat on some parts of the house, which then just puts more work for us to deal with through warranty. The landscape is horrible in the neighborhood and upkeep is not done. The first monsoon took out a lot of our dirt and rocks in the front yard and they wouldn't come back and take care of it. Experience in buying was pleasant and we have liked the employees.

I have had nothing but good experiences with warranty and or the Customer Care team. We had a couple issues that we did not catch during the walkthrough of the home and the customer care team has been a pleasure to work with and the issues have been fixed in a timely manner.

The walk through process was rushed and was unable to fix things from my home. The gardening pipes were damaged and never fixed overall satisfaction very unsatisfied and would not ever recommend anyone.

Stucco falls off easily. AC unit has had to be repaired multiple times, delta t was something that was brought up during initial inspection, but brushed off by the foreman, and I have concerns that this is why our AC has had to be repaired and then replaced. The design and location of my house is amazing. I like the amenities, I just wish there was another larger park with playground or pool area for as big as this housing development is. The quality, other than the AC unit, has been wonderful. The responsiveness to the AC needing repaired was quick. Overall, I love my new home.

I love my house. I am annoyed that my dryer does not dry clothing and I have to run the same load of laundry 3-4 times to get it to dry. Two of my neighbors have the same problem so either the dryer type is terrible or they were installed incorrectly.
