Customer service has been excellent throughout all experiences. Was unhappy about a roof leak that persisted for over a month with the roofer not doing a diligent job up front; ceiling drywall in one of the bedrooms had be ripped out and completely redone.

I have no complaints. [name removed] with the Warranty Department has been quick to respond with any questions or concerns. She is the best and as a Realtor...she and [name removed] are the exception to what a Builder should be.

[name removed] with Landsea Warranty department has been exemplary and great at communication. As a realtor and homeowner, I can't say how impressed I have been with my new home and the customer service provided.

Everything. My home was discovered to have standards and codes that were not followed and a part of my driveway was poured in my neighbors property. I have been going back and forth for months now trying to have [name removed] make it right. Instead of making things right they put me in a position where I would have to choose one option of repair or the other. This was only brought forward after multiple conversations and me arguing that [name removed] was cutting corners. I was treated with disrespect by [name removed] and when I thought [name removed] was going to follow through with what he said he ultimately showed his true colors and was on the same level of [name removed]. Terrible customer service. I will never recommend [name removed] to anyone due to this experience and [name removed] and [name removed] are worthless. The warranty process and more specifically the warranty Director, [name removed] is horrendous. [name removed] and [name removed] are terrible at what they do. Both of them have shown that they are not about making things right but rather want to be in complete control and don’t care about customer service.
