Alot of little things done quickly and incorrectly. electrical Outlets that were closed up but never connected. Mud for drywall left with gaps just painted over. Doors dented and chipped and then painted over, cracks/chips in driveway pavers not relaced. Edge of concrete chipped and not fixed. Entire closet and all clothes on ground one day found the racks just came off the wall leaving big holes. Exaust fan outlets on roof that were not sealed at all and allowed water to come inside when raining. Dryer exaust outlet they put a screen or forgot to removed it and it was clogged. The quality of the Grass used was horrible, FULL of WEEDS, Dying from fungus or disease already in spots that just spread and along with construction of other homes next to us the workers trampling new grass down, knocking silt fencing over 4 times now and killed one whole side of my yard which has caused more root problems and disease (looks like 1/2 my yard was never sodded)

The WARRANTY!,,palm trees been dead from the first day i moved in ,i cut the grass one time n it never grew back i had to hire a lawn care company going on 6 months n nothing,,, the door was installed backwards, n the warranty guy said it works just fine ,that is a very poor craftsmanship ,,My wife addressed the garage door motor was making more noise then our neighbors,,n he said he'll send someone over n no one ever came ,,Now our 20 amp breaker for our bathroom is no good, so we'll see what happens with that ,,,,walls are paper thin you can hear everything,,,,paint is poor ,if you walk by it will leave a scuff ,as if it only had one coat, our shower tile had a crack in it ,,,n they did fix that,,we are not happy at all ,,,

I have repeatedly asked to be contacted for help with the front door and no one has ever responded. We never received contact for our final walk through.

The sales lady we worked with allyson was phenomenal so sweet and caring and took her time to show us all the floor plans before we made a decision. She kept us informed along the way with how building was going and what steps were next.

We were among the first owners of the house, and after seeing other homes, I’ve come to realize that there were several features missing from ours that seem standard in other houses. For instance, we didn't have cabinet knobs or some refrigerator components that we were told weren’t included. After discussing with others, it seems these items should have been included, and it feels like the sellers may have said whatever was necessary to close the sale.

The build of my home,warranty can’t not fix a stairway wall. Has cut the 2x4’s multi areas. Entry way wall still crooked. [name removed] aka the supervisor never wrote down any concerns at walk through. Trades have no respect to the property. Coming out for the second time to fix the issue,framing.. interrupting our life’s once again.

I did not want Samsung appliances but was told at design center I had no choice. If I have problems with Samsung appliances, Land and Sea will hear about it.

I am still awaiting a refund for almost 2 months of water usage billed to my lot that was used by the builder. My vent above the microwave is still leaking water. A new microwave has been ordered, but I have a looming concern of mold growth within the home for these building errs that were made. (They used the wrong sized vents at the roof, allowing water to seep through every time it rained. Because the vent was concealed behind cabinet wood, we didn’t realize it until the microwave was full of water where the vent connects.)
