Everything was really great the first few months but then it kind of dropped off, I still have some things that have not been fixed and it's been a few months. Overall though I am really happy with the customer care experience!

Still waiting on my cabinets to be completed 6 months after move in and failed communication that my items were in stock. I missed 16 hours from work waiting for someone at my home for the parts not to be in.

[name removed] closed on my home knowing it was not ready for me to move in. There was no heat and no one wanted to take responsibility for allowing someone to move into an unfinished home.

Loved the move in experience. The paperwork process was simple and very well explained. The quality of the house however is not what I thought it would be. The paint was horrible. They didnt sand any door casings....I still have finish nail holes all through out my house. I came by to see my houses progress and the contractor had his wife painting my house. (Have pictures) My sinks where barely put in correctly. Doors already don't shut and lots of grout is now gone in the tile. (Have pictures) My concrete walkway is already cracking because they filled it with used concrete to save money. ( I have pictures). The roof is horrendous. They cut tiles on top of my other tiles on my roof. So now i have random cut spots all over my roof tiles. Huge gaps between my channel runs on all sides of the house. Very poor craftsmanship. (Have pictures) I could continue for another 4 paragraphs on how disappointing the quality of the house was.

Everyone has been wonderful. [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and the whole staff have been amazing! Awesome! My only feedback would be that I was a little disappointed in how long it took to resovle some of the issues in the house. There as a pretty good deal of back and forth. But the staff was awesome and helped me work through it.

Okay to summarize from a customer service standpoint my representative [name removed] was spectacular in answering all of our questions and coordinating after closing care for our home however the trades that were called out and given the service request or to say the least they did not know what they were exactly doing some of the work was just passed off as okay that's the way it is and did not care about my new build home other things we took care of ourselves here because we didn't want any more incompetence throughout our home however saying that the finished product oh and by the way they were still working on it during our initial orientation and the day we were closing with no respect to who we were when we walked in our own home incredible.

During the closenof our home, when we did the walkthrough to closing, a lot of the items we pointed were not addressed or not completed by closing. I spent a lot of time following up on items that should have been taken care before close. However, all items were eventually completed. Warranty and customer care has been responsive since.

Dislikes: It has taken months for things to get repaired. The subcontractors dont always come upon the agreed time. We are still waiting for replacment parts for our cabinets. Our brand new home has a leak in the roof.

The problem is we have lived here for six months and till don’t have some handles on cabinets, missing cabinet door, bathroom drawer still needs replaced, paint isn’t done and still have nicks in my shower.

We’ve put in service request after request and they get marked as resolved silently. We recreate them and have to have the same conversations over and over with different people and the work never gets done. We’ve started removing tape from punchlist items that weren’t ever addressed because it’s easier to do ourselves. Its also been close to six months and we’ve not gotten updates on shutters.

The house was incomplete when we moved in, we thought things we'll get addressed right away. The smart lock of the main entrance was defective we informed the personal on-site they never addressed the problem. The cabinets kicks got water damaged because the floor cleaning crew came after we moved in. Only the first floor got fixed, the second floor vanities still damaged. I asked the customer service to fix my login for dwelling website and according them there is nothing wrong. I can't login to that website. The whole landsea experience has been very bad. Everything except for sales, sales was always at the top of offering excellent customer service but the rest of the experience has been awful. This is my second build I didn't have these issues with my previous builder [name removed].

Warranty service has been a smooth operation especially with the service portal. If something does not work or damage just schedule a free service call and it is taken care of. Excellent and modern. Keep it up

The house has settled and my front door no longer locks. It has taken over a month for this issue to be addressed. The door was literally unlocked for days until we finally forced the lock to ensure our security since this seemed to not be a priority. The idevices installed constantly malfunction. I would recommend [name removed] use different smart home technology in the future.
