No much at all. we are sad and dissapointed. Our home was not completed with the standards of The Best Builder in [name removed].

There were few promisses that were not honored. We still have not seen the blue prints where we put our initials afte multiples verbal requests. We have also been working with the customer department for a while to have our home like it was supossed to be. We reqested to be contacted after the first survey, we net with 2 representatives from Grand Home in our house to illustrate them all the unsatisfactory details around the house. After the commitment was agreed we did not see a full completion of the commintment. Then, we completed a second survey and we requested to be contacted again. No body hear us so we have to contact them by messages on facebook, emails and phone calls. Luckily we got 3 representatives from Grand Home at our house where we agreed for a new commitment on multiples repairs. As today the repairs are in process. Really slow but in process. Nevertheless, there are things that just do not work. They took most of our cabinet doors to sand and to paint them. The results are mediocrem they just could not do it 100% right. We have the hope that the remained part of repairs would match some minimum standards. We are not angry but dissapointed. Grand Home says they are the best builder in [name removed], however, when they cannot fix something they say that none of the builder in the country would be able to do it. Is that an answer for a best builder of [name removed]? Grand Home standards are apparently low. It is like they do not feel 'they" have to push their standads to th

In my right side of the house . The water did not dry off . I ask for fix this problem over 10 times. But the problem did not fix. Your staffs were very good and helpful, but they did not fix my problem . Thank you
