The design and layout of our Townhouse in nice. It makes a smaller space feel bigger. They high ceilings on the first and second floors make a big difference compared to places without.

From the time we arrived at the CB Jeni sales office to the final warranty period, we were treated very warmly and professionally, namely [removed] and [removed]. [removed] helped us throughout the entire process from helping coordinate financing to making sure that the final warranty work was complete. [removed] helped us coordinate the warranty touch ups that we requested. Everyone at CB [removed] made sure that we were comfortable and satisfied. We specially like the build quality and the finishes of the townhouse that we purchased.

After the contract is signed, getting warrant work done has been very frustrating. [removed] just the inconvenience of something not working correctly, but the simple task of scheduling workers to come fix the problem. Response is slow. Information is often miscommunicated and sometimes simply forgotten about. Simple fixes take weeks to be scheduled. And when help arrives, the ability of the employees to communicate is often very poor. The Commitment and recommendation answers are low because I don't believe CBJ has lived up to their commitment of timely repair of normal new home construction issues. It's sign the contract, get the money, then move them to the back burner.
